The mission of Brown Girls Do Ballet® is to help increase participation of underrepresented populations in ballet programs through organizing and arranging ballet performances, photo exhibitions, and providing resources and scholarships to assist young girls in their ballet development and training.

Polished Pebbles Girls Mentoring Program helps African-American and Latinx tween and teen girls become effective communicators at home, school, and their future careers through mentoring and career-readiness initiatives. One of those initiatives includes the Pink Hard Hat Project, which supports a pipeline of girls for early integration into the skilled trades workforce to close gender pay gaps and leadership gaps in these industries.

Rock The Street, Wall Street is a financial and investment literacy model, designed to bring both racial and gender equity to the capital markets and spark the interest of a diverse population of high school girls towards careers in finance.
