As we step into our fifth year, we return to the values that ground us. As our founder Cynthia Plouchè often says: Join, Learn, Lead. It's about finding the roles that bring us joy and purpose, whether in our families, our communities, or the causes we care about. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated: "Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'" It's a call to action that reminds us we all have something to contribute, and we all have the ability to be role models in ways both large and small.

 

Over the past four years, we've invested over $100,000 in organizations that advance belonging, growth and opportunity through mentoring and community. Now, we're entering a season of deeper engagement with the young women we serve. The greatest rewards come from being present, connecting across generations, and participating in the development of the next generation of self-confident women. As we look ahead to 2026, we're energized by the meaningful work ahead.
